Why Write?

This blog will be used for multiple purposes.  I will use it to keep track of my progress in dealing with real estate investments while simultaneously posting possible insight for readers who would also like to get into real estate investing.  Since I am a first time investor, as well as new to this business, I expect to make many novice mistakes.  From these mistakes I will learn and I will post them all on this blog for others to note.  This may prevent other new investors from falling victim to these same problems.

As of today I have already had my first property for a little over a month.  My plans are to continue purchasing properties, to make a profit through renting, and to eventually get into flipping properties.  It may takes years until this blog provides any real valuable insight but it has to start sometime.
