About the Investor
I am a 23 year old university graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences. I reside in the central valley of California in the agricultural/oil town of Bakersfield. My current income, used for all of my investments, is derived from my work in a research laboratory. It took me a single year working at this lab, and living at home on subsidized parental rent, to save enough money to purchase my first property in March, 2013. My plan is to expand my business by making further real estate purchases.
